Gorgeous old space conversion into new, modern and more useful one.

 

Our clients, who are especialists and enthusiasts of wine, wanted to convert their old garage into a new space where they could enjoy the good taste of wine while having a warming conversation with friends and family.

For this project, we had to research the process and storage necessary to achieve not only a pleasant space but which was also functional where the wine is kept in good environmental conditions (light, temperature, ventilation,...)

In contract with the perfectly controlled space in the wine cellar, the meeting room flows freely in a spacious, bright and warm space where a high ceiling and full size window invite you to enjoy the view of the garden. Here you can really appropriate the use of the former garage doors with the insertion of the new bespoke windows.

This multifunctional space has several options of use and is one of our more dramatically modified designs.
