Blackwater Studio provides a full architectural design and administration service for all types of building projects and for all sizes ranging from small scale domestic extensions to larger scale residential and commercial developments. We take projects from initial concept through to Practical Completion, including the negotiating and securing of all required permissions (Planning Permission, Listed Building Consent, Building Regulations etc).

We offer Contract Administration, as well as being well-positioned to take the role of Lead Designer for Construction Design & Management (CDM) purposes.

We have great working relationships with quality local subcontractors, including land surveyors, structural engineers, arbourists, town planners, archaeologists, ecologists and more. Typically we will liaise full on the client with all third parties ensuring a seamless process. We can also advise you on suitable contractors and subcontractors, when the time comes to get your project on site.
